Refund policy

We accept returns for a refund on items that have not been used, have not come into contact with water (including distilled water), and show no signs of wear or damage. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To help document any shipping-related damage, we strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package upon delivery.
